Last year, Bone Dry successfully adapted to evolving conditions through policies and procedural changes to keep our customers and employees safe. With the availability of vaccines and more and more Americans being vaccinated, there is light at the end of the tunnel to return to a new normal. Even so, we want to make sure we continue doing our part to end the pandemic.
Across our company, Bone Dry team members will continue to abide by local guidelines and mandates. When engaging with our customers, we will always take the customers’ lead as to the type of interaction they are most comfortable with. Touchless and virtual appointment options will continue to be available.
