Bone Dry Commercial Roofing is a sister company of Bone Dry Roofing, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. The commercial division became an independent company in July 2021, to focus on industrial, institutional, retail and office properties while still servicing the flat roof needs of homeowners.
With more than 15 years of experience providing commercial roofing, Bone Dry Commercial Roofing serves clients in Central Indiana.
MEET JESS JUDD, DIRECTOR
Jess grew up in the roofing industry in the Midwest where her father, Gene Judd, founded Bone Dry Roofing, Inc. Gene grew the business from a garage in Indianapolis, Indiana to nine offices over 30 years ago. After graduating from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Jess moved to Colorado where she enjoys all things outdoors and began her career in the roofing industry working for residential and commercial roofing suppliers.
After serving in the supplier side of the roofing industry, Jess recognized an opportunity to bring an experienced team together to assist customers in navigating the roof replacement and repair process as well as the insurance process due to the Front Range’s common hail storms and high winds. She learned from her father’s company: if you take care of customers first and give them peace-of-mind in the services you provide, your customers will have an exceptional experience and be loyal to your company.
MEET MIKE BOVA, GENERAL MANAGER
Bone Dry Commercial Roofing’s General Manager Mike Bova started his career in 2006 in production and installation of residential roofing. He joined Bone Dry Roofing where he served as a production foreman in Lexington 2007 and in 2008 moved to Cincinnati where he became the General Manager of the Cincinnati office until 2013. Mike then moved to Indianapolis where he oversaw the Gutter division and became the Commercial Division Manager in 2016.
In the summer of 2020, Mike was named the General manager of the new independent company, Bone Dry Commercial Roofing, Inc., focused solely on commercial projects and residential low slope projects. The move to an independent separate company from Bone Dry Roofing allows the team to focus on growth of its commercial customers needs to address the retail, industrial, multifamily, institutional, office roofing needs.
One of Mike’s favorite part of his work is diagnosing and resolving roof leaks and issues that others have attempted but have not resolved—he enjoys the challenge and sharing the positive results with customers.
Mike is married and has four children, and they all enjoy sports, and outdoor activities together, especially hiking.
